Special A: Manga and Anime

Special A is one of my favourite anime/manga.

Hikari Hanazono has always been second to Kei Takishima. When they were six years old, their pro-wrestling loving fathers introduced them to each other. Assuming that she was the best in wrestling, young Hikari challenged Kei to a wrestling match only to be thoroughly defeated by him. Ever since that fateful incident, Hikari swore to beat Kei in school grades, sporting events or any competition. To do this, she has enrolled in the same school as Kei since elementary. Now she attends Hakusenkan, an ultra elite school, that costs her carpenter father a lot of money. Hikari and Kei are the top two students in the school, with Kei holding firmly to that number one position. While Hikari considers Kei to be a rival and important friend, she is completely unaware that Kei is in love with her. The story primarily focuses on Hikari and her constant attempts to defeat her one and only rival, Kei, and how she finds love in their rivalry.

Special A Chapter List

Episode 1 of Anime:

  • Manga:
  • Anime: BloodyCherryGirl
  • Synopsis: Wikipedia

I’m having a bit of trouble getting all K-Pop news to you as I don’t have that much time. So if any of you would like to join me and spread K-Pop news feel free to get in touch with me by leaving a comment on the bottom of this page under the tags and I’ll get back to you.

Your bias does not need to be Super Junior- although it can be, as to be honest, I’m lacking on other important K-Pop artist news and I would like to spread news on other artists.

It would be a great help if you could post new K-Pop news and music videos. If you are following various artists’ Twitter (and such like) it would help, as I don’t post many artists’ Twitter updates. Also posting macros, music videos, full lyrics, dramas, mangas and animes would help!

You will be an author for milkroll and will get to write as many posts as you like -as long as the posts are based on K-Pop!

So please, if you could help, that would be brilliant!

P.S -> You don’t need to be a user on wordpress.

The gif is not mine.

Ouran High School Host Club (Drama)

The popular manga (and anime) Ouran High School Host Club has been made into a Live Action drama, and I’ve watched the first 4 episodes and they are very good! So I thought I might share the link with you! I believe new episodes come out each Sunday on this website, so I know I’ll definately be on it every weekend!

Here’s the link:

Yumeiro Patissiere

14-year-old Ichigo Amano is clumsy and doesn’t have any talent except for eating sweets (specifically cakes). When she stumbles upon a Sweets Festival, she meets Henri-sensei who acknowledges her ability of taste and invites her to transfer to St. Marie Academy to become a pâtissière. Ichigo has trouble adjusting initially, but with the help of the 3 Sweets Princes and the Sweets Spirits, she gains the confidence and skill to work towards becoming a pâtissière.

Two years after studying in Paris, the 16-year-old Ichigo now returns to Japan as a professional pâtissière. But as soon as she returns, Ichigo finds Team Ichigo breaking up. The Sweets Princes, Hanabusa and Andou, take long absences from school to work for their dreams, leaving only Ichigo and Kashino – He skipped a grade for having the top grades back at Paris -. But soon, a ‘new’ Team Ichigo is formed by Henri-“sensei” for the project. The team includes, Lemon, Johnny, Kashino and Ichigo. They are now working as professionals for the project and their dreams.

This is also a manga, which is also very good!

Here’s the opening song for Yumeiro Patissiere Professional:

Black Bird by Kanoko Sakurakoji

This is a brilliant manga. It is called Black Bird by Kanoko Sakurakoji. I have the first 9 volumes, the ninth I bought yesterday, and I am already wanting the tenth. The story is absolutely brilliant, but it is not for younger teens or children. Here is the synopsis of wikipedia:

Misao sees things that other people don’t. Normally, the annoying monsters would do harmless things. But on her sixteenth birthday, these creatures she sees take it up farther, trying to kill her. They would be the only bother, until demons have gone serious into killing her or taking her for his own. She’s saved by a childhood friend from her past, Kyo Usui, who just so happens to be a demon as well. Avoiding moments of death with Kyo protecting her, her own future turns out that she is the rare, “Bride of Prophecy.” The demons are set onto her, and it just happens, that Kyo wants Misao as well.
